Opportunity to become a football official!

Dear Southern Oregon Athletic Directors,
As the OSAA fall season draws to a close, the Rogue Valley Football Officials Association would like to thank you for providing the opportunity for your student-athletes to participate in your football program.  The RVFOA is proud to be your local officials association providing football officials for your home games.
Your school is one of 16 schools which the RVFOA services and we need your help as we continue to strive towards our mission:
The purpose of the RVFOA is to provide football officials for all types of football games.  The RVFOA will provide the training of its officials to develop a high professional attitude toward the avocation of officiating, promote uniformity in the mechanics of football including OCEP curriculum, OAOA recommendations and guidelines.  The RVFOA will encourage and assist men and women interested in becoming qualified football officials.
The RVFOA asks you to share this letter with your football coaches to help recruit new referees.  Your team's seniors who are graduating this spring would be perfect candidates.  A great way to remain a part of the sport they love, is to officiate.  Refereeing is the ultimate college job; earn money working around your college schedule.  The
RVFOA provides training, mentoring, and guidance to get new referees ready to take the field.
Enclosed is my email address and phone number and a web address to the OSAA's official recruiting website, NewOfficials.org.  That recruiting website connects interested referee candidates to their nearest Commissioner of Officials to get the ball rolling.
Thank you for assisting us in our recruiting process and we look forward to seeing you next year.
John Campbell
RVFOA Commissioner
